Randi Shapiro

Randi Shapiro is the President of Recruiting Specialists, Inc.  She founded her company in 2002 after 15 years of abundant success with a prominent staffing firm in Atlanta.  Randi has over two-decades of solid experience in various levels as a Recruiting Executive -- from VP of Recruiting & Business Development, to now the Founder of her own staffing concern. She brings extensive knowledge and passion to every recruiting assignment that clients grant her and the Recruiting Specialists, Inc. team.
Randi is often described as a dynamic and energetic professional who has her finger on the pulse of the industry. She is committed to delivering value, integrity and simplicity in a collaborative search process. Randi is extremely versed in all areas of employment staffing due to her many years of experience with diverse industry recruiting efforts on all levels.

She has a wealth of knowledge and expertise recruiting in the Marketing and Advertising industry, as well. Randi has successfully placed candidates in top corporations nationwide. Her main objectives are building relationships, garnering respect, and finding the best possible candidates who fit within a company culture and contribute to achieve success for themselves and the client.
Randi believes that "past behavior is the best predictor of future performance" and uses this strategy to enable her to place top talent. As a highly skilled negotiator, Randi’s in-depth understanding of the recruiting industry makes the experience of sourcing for the right talent feel efficient and seamless. Her customer service standards are highly cultivated, as she treats every client with a “sense of urgency” interaction.
A long-standing member of the Georgia Association of Personnel Services (GAPS), Randi has built long-lasting relationships and a stellar reputation with her clients, industry professionals, and candidates. 
Randi is a long standing native Atlantan and lives in the suburbs with her husband, sports radio host Mitch Evans of 92.9 The Game, and their cat, Lillie. In 2014, Randi participated in a Women’s Collaborative Book Project and is a published co-author in F.A.I.T.H. - “Finding Answers in the Heart.”
